We started simple, but got more inspired as the shoot went on.

At Flash Punk we’re not above a little self-indulgence now and again. Nor are we above a little instant film. Put the two together, and well…

We’re thrilled to feature this stone-cold series from Newfoundland-based photographer Dee, starring the inimitable Mikaela Myles

“We started simple, but got more inspired as the shoot went on,” Dee tells us. “I suggested we go into a convenience store to continue the story. That basically described how the day would go, as you get hungry after being under the influence for a while.”

Shot on Polaroid 600 instant film.
