Ying and Soda

“We walked around Bangkok and took in the sights as golden hour fell.”
I’m excited to introduce this gold-toned Flash Punk series by Bangkok photographer Zounds Garden, featuring models Ying Sarawanee Prakobkit and Soda Tiantawan Thamjarern. “These were two different shoots,” Zounds tells us. “I hadn’t seen Ying for almost a year because we had both been so busy with work. We had great weather on the day of and decided to do a fun, easygoing shoot. We walked around Bangkok and took in the sights as golden hour fell.”
“I shot the set with Soda in my friend’s craft beer shop, Dok Kaew House Bar, which is in a 100-year-old house in Bangkok’s Phaya Thai district. It was an interesting place to shoot. It has a unique style and great light in the late afternoon.”
In this photo series, Ying and Soda’s summertime vibe has us effortlessly dreaming of lazy afternoons and long tropical nights.
